Are you looking for a job as a roofer in Quebec City? Toiture de la Capitale has several positions available to complete its team of professional roofers, laborers (roofing helpers) and carpenters. With Toiture de la Capitale, you will be part of a dynamic and friendly team of roofers! We serve all cities in the greater Quebec City area to install and repair residential and commercial roofs.

What are the tasks related to this job?

This job consists of installing roofing for residential and commercial roofs (roofs that we cover with asphalt shingles). You may also be required to install soffits and fascias, as well as exterior siding. You will also need to be able to set up scaffolding and respect the safety rules on a construction site. During the winter, we conduct snow removal for residential and commercial roofs.

Our company is CAA certified, which means our roofing experts must follow a short training course from our manufacturers CertainTeed and IKO. This allows you to be an expert in this field, and to install roofs to perfection.

Prerequisites

The roofing job that we offer is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working at heights (in a safe manner), who are physically fit and who enjoy performing well on the job. You must have your ASP (Association paritaire pour la santé et la sécurité du travail du secteur de la construction) card.

We'll explain the tasks in detail (we follow to the letter the standards of the various manufacturers for the installation of asphalt shingles) and you'll be able to observe and learn from our experienced roofers. This roofing job will require you to work effectively in a team, sometimes in difficult weather conditions. With your team, you will have to travel to different cities in the greater Quebec City area.
